ANNA'S STORY

I am 39 years young and have enjoyed Meatloaf's music ever since teenage hood. I lose myself when I hear his voice, there's something so different and enticing about it. I used to paint, and I only did half decent portraits while listening to his music, over and over again. My boyfriend and l0 year daughter can't stand him, this even add something more special, it's all mine, something that I enjoy in privacy. Sometimes his voice is haunting, other times it's deep, but everytime, I lose myself into another dimension, which I personally feel we should all do sometimes to get away from reality! No other singer has ever had this effect on me, I used to go nuts over The Who, especially Roger Daltrey, I used to spend hours drawing portraits of him when I was about 16, that phase has passed along time ago, but Meatloaf has always stayed with me. I find his whole group extremely talented, especially the writers, piano players and Ms. Russo, Ellen Foley was fantastic too! I could go on and on, but I'm sure you've heard it all before. I'm just grateful that Meatloaf has been part of my life and has managed to stay. Most people find him gross, I on the other hand find something very appealing, maybe he has a wild look about him, and I've always loved long hair on a main. There is a certain look in his eyes that intriges me, and he has a style of his own, something I think every individual should associate with. This is what makes us tick, they way I look at it, if you feel something, show it, it's an expression of who and what you are.

I am listening to him right now while I write this (Not a dry eye in the house), and as you can tell, I have writen too much. I think I'll tune into "I'd lie for you" and check out the rest of this great website.
