CONNIE'S STORY

My first Meat Loaf concert came at a very critical time in my life. It was his "Welcome to the Neighborhood" Tour. ' I was already a fan by then. But at that time, I was going through some pretty tough problems and I was spending much of my time sad and depressed. Nothing but listening to my Meat tapes helped lift my spirits.

Until I went to that concert. That wonderful, exciting, glorious concert! Meat will never know how much he gave to me from that one particular show! Someday I would dearly love to express my gratitude to him, in person. I will always cherish Meat's music, as even to this day, it is what "gets me through" when I'm going from the "frying pan into the fire"! God Bless Meat Loaf!!
